Kirkley Gardens is Lithgow’s first self-care retirement village complex and is privately owned by locals; Janelle Johnstone, Mary Hernandez, and Tony Hernandez.
After hearing about the lack of over 55’s living available in the Lithgow area, Janelle decided to do something about it. Partnering up with Mary and Tony, Kirkley Gardens began.
As locals all their lives and business people for many years, five acres of land on the rural outskirts of Lithgow was allocated to build Lithgow’s first Over 55 Living and Retirement Village.
They wanted to create a peaceful, friendly, close-knit community that provides a range of options for you as a retiree.
Set on five acres of lush gardens with only 29 villas, Kirkley Gardens is a boutique retirement village where you really become part of the community.
